Minimum OS Requirements: iOS 13+
- Tap the DOWNLOAD icon for iOS to install One Mobile.
- Tap the blue Install button then tap Install on the popup message.
- Find the One Mobile app icon on your phone and tap to open it.
- If you see the Untrusted App Developer prompt, tap Trust, and proceed to Step 10. Note: If a message displays requesting permission for the app to send you push notifications, tap OK. OR
- If you see the Untrusted Enterprise Developer prompt, tap Cancel and proceed to step 4.
- OTHERWISE proceed to Step 10.
- Tap the Settings icon located on the Home screen.
- Tap General.
- Tap Device Management or Profiles & Device Management (The title that appears depends on your iOS software level.)
- Tap UnitedHealth Group.
- Tap Trust “UnitedHealth Group”, and then tap Trust in the prompt box.
- Close Settings.
- Open the One Mobile app and log In using your employee ID and MS password.
