  1. Tap the DOWNLOAD button (found at the bottom of these directions), then tap Install on the popup message.
  2. Find the SR Mobile app icon on your phone and tap it to open it.
  3. If you see the Untrusted Enterprise Developer prompt, tap Cancel and continue with step 3. If not, proceed to step 4.
    1. Open Settings from the Home screen.
    2. Tap General.
    3. Tap Device Management (or VPN & Device Management, or Profiles & Device Management, depending on your iOS version).
    4. Tap the UnitedHealth Group option under the Enterprise App section.
    5. Tap Trust "UnitedHealth Group" and, if prompted, tap Trust.
    6. Tap Allow & Restart.
    7. Your phone will restart and a Ready to Install Profile screen will appear. Press the home button (or swipe up if prompted) to continue.
    8. Tap Install Profile.
    9. Tap the SR Mobile app icon on your phone and proceed withing logging in.
  4. If prompted, tap Allow to grant the app permission to send you notifications (if desired). Also, if desired, toggle the Enable Face Id option to ON.
  5. Tap Log In and enter your email on the Optum screen.
  6. Enter your MS password
    1. If you have MS Authenticator:
      1. When a prompt appears with a number, tap Approve Sign-in.
      2. Enter the number in Authenticator and tap Yes.
      3. Tap the Sales Readiness arrow at the top left of the screen (directly under the displayed time-of-day) to switch back to the SR Mobile app. You should now be logged in.
    2. If you do NOT have MS Authenticator, tap "Sign in another way," select "Text," enter the code received, and tap Verify. You should now be logged in.
